B.E. Civil in 1992 from VJTI Mumbai University.

Shashikant Hindule having twenty-Six years of experience in the contracting construction industry. Prior to starting up he has worked with renowned construction companies on large-scale industrial and residential projects across India.

FORMWORK
Each member of the Jai Hind Constructions team is highly qualified and competent in both technical and support spheres of operation. Integrity, job-satisfaction and the drive to succeed are a part and parcel of our workforce attitude. We also maintain regular associations with our preferred labour sub-contractors to provide us with a reliable and skilled workforce.
We are aware that quality of work depends greatly on the machinery and equipment used, and hence we have invested in contemporary and superior quality equipment to supplement our construction work force. Our machinery includes the necessary tools and equipments, just enough to make us the master in time and quality.
The use of formwork is very important in the process of constructions. This is an stable or impermanent molding into which concrete is poured for the purpose of giving specified shape to the structure. We have in house Formwork design team and shall be implemented on site as per any special requirement of structure.
